Peace of Christ!
I have been experiencing incredible moments!
In the last six months I went through a great many difficulties. Truly many.
But this time something different happened to me. Despite wanting to give up, I continued praying, thanking God for sustaining me, and continued seeking Him.
Did I achieve victory? YES! Glory to God!
But it was not in the blink of an eye. It took time, in my view, but it happened at the best possible time. God, with His broad perspective, always optimizes how events unfold in our lives.
I took on some commitments of great importance for my professional and academic life, and so I was very busy. Then, as before in my life, unforeseen events occurred and I became overwhelmed. This triggered a series of psychosomatic problems, and I ended up in the hospital.
Since I had already gone through this, this time I monitored each stage, trying as hard as possible to keep my situation from reaching that point, but I could not.
In another post I will focus on tips for relieving stress, improving your diet, and improving your quality of life.
I spent a week at home, in bed, and during that time I did not remain idle but sought to increase my knowledge. I prayed and made an important decision in my professional life. God blessed me, and I took a major step in my career. When I thought the coming days would be about reaping the fruits of that decision... several other situations arose with great force to bring me down! To give you a better idea of the problem, imagine an animal going to drink water at a lake, and then a crocodile emerging and attacking it.
The Enemy of our souls does not play around. He attacks to bring you down and devastate everything you have.
I continued praying and actively participating in a group at church. I ended up unable to maintain the frequency of posts on this blog, and that deeply upset me, but even so I did not stop.
Dear friends, the problems did not end. Many more arose, but thanks to the GOOD God I did not stop, and then I reaped the fruits of what I had planted at the beginning. Then I had the opportunity to plant something that would transform my life. But this seed came with a high price to pay. With my own strength and savings I would not even be able to buy it.
In an act of faith, with a boldness that I believe was given to me by God, I headed toward the top!
We often forget that we are CHILDREN OF GOD! We are children of the Almighty! We have incredible potential within us.
May we be everything God created us to be!
May we do everything God created us to accomplish!
From the moment I took this step, I was surprised by some storms. Yes, more than one!
I prayed to God and reaffirmed to Him that, whatever the outcome, I would remain with Him and grateful. But, if possible, may that happen, because it was a dream!
Then, with much prayer and hard work, everything was going well UNTIL the previous week. When I reached that period, I received a great blessing, but one that would make me choose between it and this seed. I did not know what to do. I prayed and placed it in God's hands. And He gave me the best solution!
I fulfilled my dream and was tremendously built up in several areas.
God gave me this gift! More than I could imagine! What He does is perfect and better than our plans. By telling you this, I am not encouraging you to stop planning, but encouraging you to make your plans together with God.
Be organized, plan ahead, pay your debts, do things honestly, and be a person of faith.
I have just returned from a trip, and I am amazed! Looking at the photos, I can hardly believe everything that happened! But there is no time to lose. It is time to plant again, waiting for the Lord's rain and continuing to glorify Him.
To sum it up?
Have you planted and harvested? Do not stop! Plant and harvest again!
Below you can see my joy at having my dream fulfilled!
PS: I was in Ponta Negra, Natal. #GiftFromGod
May God bless you!
Wishing you success!
